Based on Maria's extensive experience in Oracle's Server Technology Performance Group - where she conducted competitive customer benchmarks and tuning sessions – and the Optimizer Group, Maria creates material and lectures on the Oracle Database In-Memory Option and the best practices for incorporating it into Oracle environments.
